Hackathon Querétaro Digital 2023

First place out of 28 teams.

V-My Eyes is an assistant for visually impaired people: it detects objects in real time with YOLOv4 and reads them out loud. We built it in 48 hours, as a team with Bere, Elías, Jesús and Édgar.

Pulso's Today screen in dark mode: the waiting room and each doctor's schedule for the day.

Management app for small clinics: front desk, nursing and doctors each get their own view of the day. Scheduling, visits with vital signs and a printable prescription, patient records and global search. It runs entirely in the browser with fictional data and is tested against WCAG 2.2 AA on desktop and phone, in light and dark mode.

Diabetes risk demo in dark mode: sliders showing how the study's patients are distributed, and the probability gauge.

Three Intelligent Systems course projects turned into interactive demos: rock-paper-scissors against a model that learns your patterns and verifies every round with SHA-256, diabetes risk with logistic regression, and Spanish sentiment analysis with TF-IDF. The models are trained in Python and run in the browser with the same probabilities as scikit-learn. Each demo includes its explanation and a comparison with recent models such as TabPFN.

Local voice dictation for Linux: press F8, speak, and the text lands on your clipboard without sending audio to the internet. It runs as a systemd service with native GNOME shortcuts, and transcribes while you keep talking so a long dictation comes back as fast as a short one.
